In 2014, Kristen “Kittyplays” Valnicek was set on a career in accounting and law before she began pursuing a new path. Known for moonwalking, creative cosplay, and gaming, Kristen soon became one of the top female streamers on Twitch, amassing 1 million followers. Most recently, she has been named Head of New Gaming Initiatives for Gen.G, a Korean esports organization, and has partnered with Allied Esports for an all-new live original content series called PlayTime.
After placing third in the Fortnite Pro-Am and becoming the winningest female of the year’s hottest game, KittyPlays has changed seats for the Fortnite World Cup, helping cast the many events leading up to the summer spectacle. In a largely male-dominated industry, KittyPlays is breaking barriers in the gaming and streaming universe.
